He returned to the counter, bought his ticket, and took a seat in the theater right next to two elderly sisters named Edna and Betty. As the movie began, Rusty started getting restless, so Hank unbuttoned his overalls just a bit to let the rooster peek out and watch. “Betty,” whispered Edna.
“What is it?” Betty asked. “I think the man beside me is a bit… indecent.”
“Why do you say that?” asked Betty. “He’s got his… well, you know… out,” Edna murmured.
Betty shrugged,
“Ah, we’re too old to be shocked. Seen one, seen ’em all.”
“That’s what I thought too,” said Edna,
“but this one’s munching on my popcorn!”
